HR Graff Consulting GmbH is my vision brought to life—a powerhouse in HR consultancy focused on strategic leadership, talent management, and organizational development, inspired by my dog, Graffy.

With over 20 years of global HR experience, I have grown into a dynamic and multilingual leader, driven by a passion for people and cultures. 

I founded HR Graff Consulting GmbH to transform HR from a traditional function into a strategic force that drives success for organizations and individuals.

Based in Switzerland, I deliver tailored solutions in HR transformation, best practices & compliance, career development coaching, and HR interim management. My work is deeply personal; it is about partnering with individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential and help them achieve their goals.

My journey has been shaped by diverse experiences and a solid educational foundation. I hold a European Master’s Degree in HR Management, with a focus on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, and a Ph.D in Ethnography from Université Paris IV-Sorbonne. I am certified in HR Transformation, Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Change, and Modern HR Management.

 In addition to leading HR Graff Consulting GmbH, I serve as a Partner at SAM International and an Advisor for Snyper.
